kay me Points can be earned through online purchases on the kay me store (kayme.com) or by participating in campaigns. Points can be earned for credit card purchases (English-language store/Japanese-language store) or COD/bank transfer (Japanese-language store only).

For purchases on the English-language store:
$10 (USD) spent = 30 kay me points earned

For purchases on the Japanese-language store for delivery in Japan:
¥100 (JPY) spent = 3 kay me points earned

- kay me Points are earned at the ‘time of invoicing’. kay me Points are delivered at the time of invoicing, not the time of order.
- For ‘Try and Buy’ orders paid through ‘pay-as-you-go billing’, points will be earned at the time of payment.
For ‘Try and Buy’ orders paid through ‘monthly billing’, points will be earned at the end of the month when the payment is made.
- kay me Points expire 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Campaigns or offers may be available at certain times to earn additional kay me Points.

b) kay me Points are earned on ‘pre-tax’ prices and cannot be earned from any additional shipping/delivery fees that may be incurred.
c) When using kay me Points to place an order, new kay me Points are earned on the remaining balance outstanding

kay me Points can be redeemed through direct online purchases on the kay me store (kayme.com).

For purchases on the English-language store: 100 kay me points = $1 (USD)
For purchases on the Japanese-language store for delivery in Japan: 1 kay me point = ¥1 (JPY)

a) kay me reserves the right to change the rate at which kay me Points can be redeemed at any time and without notification
b) kay me Points can be redeemed on our tax-free prices on the English-language store and tax-inclusive prices on the Japanese store. Points cannot be redeemed to cover any additional shipping/delivery fees that may be incurred.
c) A minimum fee of $1 (USD) (English-language store) or ¥100 (JPY) (Japanese-language store) is applicable for every order
d) Purchases can be paid for up to 99% in points but cannot be purchased solely through kay me Points
e) For purchases made with kay me points, points will be awarded for the purchase amount (excluding tax on the Japanese-language store) after deducting the amount used with kay me points

Your statutory rights are unaffected by the use of kay me Points. Your order will be refunded to the payment method used at the value invoiced at the time of purchase. If any kay me Points were redeemed at the time of purchase, these will be refunded to your account. kay me Points cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value. Any kay me Points earned for the order will be removed from your account.

For partial returns on orders that contain multiple items and paid with kay me points, priority will be given to credit refunds then kay me point refunds. If the value of the return exceeds the initial monetary payment, then the difference will be refunded in equivalent kay me points.
kay me points earned previously on orders with partial returns will be removed in the amount equivalent to the refund.

kay me Points expire 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Certain campaigns or offers may offer kay me Points with differing expiration periods. Please check individual campaigns/offers for more information. Information on expiry dates of your kay me Points is available in the customer account dashboard.

kay me Points cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
